Okra is a vegetable that is rich in nutrients and may lower blood sugarand heart disease risk. It also has anti-cancer properties. It isbest to add to your diet because it's not only healthy but deliciousas well.

  • Pan


  • 200 gm Okra cutinto 1" pieces
  • 1 tbsp Vgetable Oil
  • ½ Red Onion thinlysliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-GarlicPaste
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add red onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato paste. Sautee untilaromatic.
  • Add curry powder and roast briefly.
  • Add water and okra
  • Simmer for 7 minutes.
