Okra recipe
Okra is a vegetable that is rich in nutrients and may lower blood sugarand heart disease risk. It also has anti-cancer properties. It isbest to add to your diet because it's not only healthy but deliciousas well.
- Pan
- 200 gm Okra (cutinto 1" pieces)
- 1 tbsp Vgetable Oil
- ½ Red Onion (thinlysliced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-GarlicPaste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt (to taste)
Heat oil in a pan.
Add red onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato paste. Sautee untilaromatic.
Add curry powder and roast briefly.
Add water and okra
Simmer for 7 minutes.
