Welcome to Foodmady once again. Today is Sunday, this one is the last recipe for this quarantine omelet series, in which I have posted some recipes related to an omelet. So let’s start today recipe 🙂
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- Salt,Ă‚Â pepper, and other seasonings to taste.Ă‚Â See tips below
- Cooking spray
- 2Ă‚Â eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Procedure
- Mix spices and tomato sauce and allow to meld flavors while preparing the rest of the recipe.
- Beat eggs well.
- Heat a small skillet over low heat, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Pour beaten eggs into skillet.
- Cover skillet.
- Cook for 3 minutes.Ă‚Â Eggs should be almost set.
- Carefully flip the omelet over.
- Cook another minute.
- Combine mushrooms and peppers and cook 30 seconds in a microwave oven.
- Spread tomato-spice mix over the omelet.
- Sprinkle cheese over tomato sauce.
- Top cheese with hot mushrooms and peppers.
- Cover skillet.
- Cook another 2 minutes.Ă‚Â Cheese should be melted.
